Shenandoah (Folk Song) - Arr. Jack Bullock

SHENANDOAH, sometimes called THE WIDE MISSOURI, is a beautiful folk song which originated in the United States. This arrangement can be used as a concert selection or a training piece for stressing tone, balance, and expression. The grade level is 1-1/2, and the pitch ranges and rhythm patterns conform to the final lesson (lesson 18) of the Belwin 21st Century Band Method, and will work with any Level 1 band method. (2:21)
