The premiere took place on June 14, 2007 in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan with Mr. Satoru Yoshihara conducting.The piece is comprised of two parts: a festive opening fanfare; and a scintillating melody that reflects the celebratory atmosphere.
