Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was the target of a devastating bombing that resulted in a terrible lose of life, including 19 children to whom this work is dedicated. Re-creating the eerie atmosphere that lead up to this horrible event, it closes with a moving musical memorial for all the victims, offering a message of hope and comfort to all those involved. A truly exceptional work.
